Beech Acres Park Shelters

Shelter #1, is located on the south portion of the oval path. This large, circular shelter is the ideal spot for outdoor gatherings involving up to 100 people.

Shelter #2, better known as "Belle of the Beech", is located next to the waterplay area in the Beech Acres Park All-Children's Playground. Shaped like a riverboat, this shelter is perfect for birthday parties and other special gatherings. Seats 50.

Juilfs Park Shelters

Juilfs Park offers two shelters

The smaller shelter, #1, is located between the North Parking Lot and the Playground. Six picnic tables are located in the shelter and 60 people can be seated.

The larger of the two shelters, #2, is located between the Office Building and the South Parking Lot. This shelter is in close proximity to the Playground, Basketball and Sand Volleyball Courts and seats 100 people.

Veterans Park Shelters

Veterans Park offers two shelters and a fire ring:

The larger of the two shelters, #1, is located towards the front of Veterans Park, near the playground.  The shelter seats 100 people and is equipped with electrical outlets.

The smaller of the two shelters, #2, is located at the back of Veterans Park, near the fire ring.  The fire ring is available by permit only and is included with the rental of the small shelter.  The semi-primitive fire ring provides a fun "camp site" atmosphere, terrific for scout groups and get-togethers.  Shelter #2 seats 30 people inside the shelter and contains 2 picnic tables and 1 grill; the shelter is equipped with electrical outlets.  Outside of the shelter are 6-8 tables which seat an additional 60 people.
