The Anderson Township Park District made the decision to return the property maintenance responsibility for the Firehouse Fields to Anderson Township Government, who owns the property. It is the ATPD's understanding that Township Government intends to move forward with their redevelopment plans for the property.

We are very appreciative of Anderson Township Government’s willingness to allow the community to use the Firehouse Fields as recreational space for the past several decades. We thank the Anderson Township Trustees for the opportunity!
