Approximately 25 parking spaces are provided around the Heritage Center in the paved lot. Under no circumstances should anyone park on grassy areas surrounding the Heritage Center or along the side of Forest or Eight Mile Roads.
Overflow parking may be arranged with Ayer Elementary School with advance notice. There is a nature trail through the wooded greenspace from the Heritage Center to Ayer School. The lessee may make arrangements for shuttle service through the Anderson Township Park District. There are no sidewalks on Forest Road at the present time and pedestrian traffic is discouraged. It is particularly dangerous after dark.
