The house will hold 75 maximum and 60 comfortably. The gathering room is 28 feet by 16 feet and can accommodate 4 round tables seating 40 people or a horseshoe setting of rectangular tables that will seat 42. There are no restrictions on catering. The existing furnishings may be used, provided the guests treat the furnishings with proper care.
The ATPD no longer rents tents for the grounds, however, patrons have the option of renting a tent through another company upon approval of the Operations Director, or his designee, to ensure feasibility. The Hamilton County Building Department permit fee will be added to the cost of tent rentals. It takes a minimum of 10 working days to process a new tent permit. Call for current rates.
A civic group of 50% or more of Anderson Residents is qualified for the civic rate. This rate is available Monday -Thursday only.
