Ball Diamonds

Juilfs Park , depending on the season, offers three competition level Ball Diamonds. It is the Park District’s policy that Ball Diamonds take precedence over soccer until Labor Day, after which Soccer takes precedence as some of the fields over lap each other. The fields are available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis with the exception of exclusive use permits. The prominent Youth Organizations in the area rely heavily on the use of the Park’s fields for their league play. The Marty Brennaman Field debuted at Juilfs Park in the summer of 2008. The field hosts Little League baseball games in Anderson Township, and includes a press box, bleachers, and new dugouts. Brennaman has been a supporter of Anderson Township Little League for years, throwing out the ceremonial first pitch on Opening Day whenever his schedule allows. All of the parties involved in this project are hopeful that Marty can be there for opening day, calling the game from the newly constructed press box. This exciting field is made possible by the generous contribution from the Reds Community Fund in partnership with the Anderson Township Park District.
