Concession/Restroom Buidling
Kellogg Park houses a central building which offers restrooms, pop machines, as well as a concession stand. The concession stand is open as park use permits, primarily revolving around sports leagues’ use of the park.

The Kellogg Park Dog Field is the only off-leash area for dogs in Anderson Township. The 4 acres is a wonderful combination of open space and tree groves complete with two sections: one for all-sized dogs and another designed for small pooches. Permits are required for entrance. Annual permits forms are available at the Field's entrance as well, but they are also available here.
