Run to Remember 5K Run/Walk

Run to Remember 5K Run/Walk began with Nancy Horn, a loving wife and mother who lost her 14-month battle with brain cancer in September of 2003. Following the first event, the Horn family and friends invited others to ‘run to remember’ their significant loved one. Today, the event has expanded to celebrate the lives of many cherished individuals as a way to honor their memory. Proceeds benefit the Anderson Township Park District Playground Fund.

The Park District and the families and friends of the 2010 honorees invite you to join us for the 7th Annual Run to Remember 5K Run/Walk. Not a runner or a walker? Come cheer on the participants and enjoy food, beverages, and the free concert!
