The Anderson Township Park District has many opportunities to remember and/or honor a special person or event while helping the Park District! The ATPD relies on income from sources out side of the tax base for over 40% of its annual budget. Other funding sources include revenues from grants, private contributions, user fees, event proceeds and revenue generating facilities. Tax revenues have provided for the basic development of the park facilities. The additional funding assists in adding the amenities such as playground equipment, picnic areas, walking trails and landscaping.
