ONLINE REGISTRATION INFO
ATPD patrons who would like the convenience of registering for a program online, please select the Register Online button.  This will take you to the Online Registration Site (WebTrac) where you will need to sign in with your User Name and Password.

  • HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNTS: Patrons who have registered for a program in the past have a current account with the ATPD.  To use the online registration system, you need your User Name and Password. If you do not have this information, please call (513) 388-5082 during office hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

NOTE: If you wish to register a new family member you must contact the park district with their information. Accounts will only list members who have previously registered for an ATPD program.

  • NEW HOUSEHOLD?:  If this is your first time registering for one of our programs, you will need to create an account and will be prompted to create a User Name and Password along with your Household information. Once submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirming the User Name and Password you’ve created.  This process may take approximately 1-3 business days; immediate registration will not take place. 

  • SIGNING IN AS A GUEST: This is another way to browse the current program listing.  You cannot register for a program as a guest.

  • OTHER WAYS TO REGISTER: You may also choose to download a registration form to Mail, Fax, or Drop Off at our Recreation Office: Beech Acres Park RecPlex, 6915 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230.  Fax: (513) 231-4190.

  • ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATION:
    USER NAME: A User Name and Password is required to log in and register for programs.  If a new account is created for you through our Recreation office (not through WebTrac), we will give you a Household ID number for you to initially log in.  You will then be prompted to create your own User Name and Password. 

    HOUSEHOLD ID:  All accounts within the system have a Household ID.  Your Household ID number will remain with your account and print out on receipts.  Remember, this number is only used for log in purposes the first time you go through the sign in process.

What Can I Do with WebTrac™?

WebTrac™ allows everyone to:

  • Browse activity listings.
  • Search for activities by type, age range, location, and other criteria.
  • Search shelter rental availability.
  • Look up details about any activity, (e.g. prices, dates, times, locations, or even current enrollment numbers).

In addition, WebTrac™ allows registered individuals and households to:

  • Enroll for many of our classes and activities.
  • Check on class availability.
  • Print a transaction history.
  • Pay for programs.
  • Reprint old receipts.

However, WebTrac™ DOES NOT allow you to:

  • Register individuals from other households.
  • Register children who do not meet the specific requirements for a class.
  • Refund a program.
  • Transfer to another program.
  • Reserve shelters.
  • Reserve athletic fields.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Not all programs and activities are available for online registration.
  • To print receipts from the WebTrac™ system, you must have Adobe Reader™ installed on your computer.
  • The only accepted form of online payment is by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

Using WebTrac™

If you only wish to view program activities and shelter availability, you may login as a Guest. However, to enroll in programs and pay online, you must register for an online account and receive a Username and Password.
