Self-Defense Workshops
ages 18 & up

Kid Super Self-Defense ~ ages 6 - 11

This class encourages children to recognize their “super powers” to get away from unsafe situations. Kids will also learn awareness and self-defense techniques.

Women’s Self-Defense ~ ages 15 & up

This class focuses on ways to minimize chances of becoming a victim and maximize chances of surviving an attack. Prevention and awareness will be discussed, and self-defense will be explained and practiced.
