2015 Levy Information
Based on the results of a recent community survey, the Board of Park Commissioners has decided to move forward with a 0.7 mill, 15-year levy to be voted on by Anderson Township residents on November 3.
The levy would generate approximately $12.86 million to:
- Purchase the Beech Acres Parenting Center's 36 acres and the RecPlex adjacent to Beech Acres Park, on Beechmont Ave.
- Renovate the RecPlex.
- Prepare the property for use by the public.
The cost to the owner of a $100,000 home would be $24.50 per year.
